Alpha Omicron Pi

RECRUITMENT

"What we want is high minded, like minded, loyal hearted girls who will work together happily and hard according to their talents for worthy achievements in an for their college. Achievements that shall bring pride to AOII, spur their personal ambitions and help them toward a goal. We want girls who will not only take a lot of fun and happiness out of college but also put some useful service into it, who will have enough grace to be popular, enough generosity to enjoy life with others and the esteem of others, but enough character to do all this without making the slightest concession of principle or conduct." - Stella George Stern Perry, Founder

AOII also participates in informal recruitment. The Continuous Open Recruitment process takes place in the Fall and the Spring quarters, and is composed of events hosted by participating chapters in a more relaxed setting. These events are open to students with 12+ credit hours and allow for a better chance to get to know the members of our house. Check back here often for updated information on AOII’s informal recruitment events!

Alpha Omicron Pi has always stood for friendship, diversity, and the betterment of its members. Since the beginning, AOII has striven to be a "different kind" of Greek Organization. Our founders desired to create a lasting legacy of friendship without any pretention or feelings of superiority, and today we strive to maintain their vision and to always "Exceed the Expectations" For more information on our recruitment, please contact Jackie Ferenc, our Vice President of Membership Recruitmen (Ferenc.2@osu.edu)
